Each day Swagbucks offers a special code that when entered at their site gives anywhere from 2 to 10 points. They are usually issued in the afternoon and are most often only valid for one hour.  The way I find them is to check their Facebook postings.  Once a month they have a swag Code Extravaganza day where they offer a code every couple of hours and the total for the day is usually anywhere from 30 to 50 points (a point equals at least a penny towards gift cards).  Below is an image of my Swag Code activity for part of June.

This is hard to read, but regular codes are just words--often more than one but with no spaces between--with each word capitalized.  These codes are the same for every member and you can share them.  The other codes, words with a series of letters and numbers after them, are called "stealth" codes.  Each is only good for the person with that account.  Swagbucks will share a link on their Facebook page to the page with the stealth code.  You simply copy and paste it into the Swag Code box on the same page.

When you hover over the above Swag Code sign, found on the top center of any Swagbucks page, a box will appear below it in which you can type or paste the code.  We don't get every code, but we get many of them, and they add up nicely over a month to help us with our free gift cards and Paypal cash outs.

Swagbucks has hundreds of different offers available to do to earn SB points.  One of the best ways to find easy ones is to check your Swagbucks inbox.

• You can find your Swagbucks inbox on the home page.
• On the top right hand side of the page by your SB counter.

• Click to open.
• Offers will be listed individually just like in an email inbox.
• There will be an expiration date listed as well as the name of the offer and how many SB each is worth.  When one is expired it will show that, also.
• Some offers require signing up with an email while others require a full address or a purchase.  But many are videos to watch or simple quizzes to take.
• You can delete any you don't want to do and the ones you do choose to do after you complete them.  There will be a number on the home page by the inbox to let you know the number of offers you have so if you keep older ones deleted you will know when new ones are available.

In the illustration above the 2 SB offers such as "What can you do after a heart attack?" are short quizzes, but usually it credits to your account without doing the full quiz.  I like these ones.  As you can see I avoid the ones that obviously cost money to earn.  I usually scan my inbox for the lowest SB, 25 and under, as those are the ones that are usually free to do.

Tip:  the Watch & Earn seem to expire quickly so it is a good idea to check your inbox throughout the day when you can.

As you can see from the SB earned for the time spent the hourly rate of earning is far below an income earning rate, but for spending some spare time working thru Swagbucks offers we earn a nice extra savings and spending allotment.

Earn thru nCrave at Swagbucks ~ How to Earn at Swagbucks Series

nCrave is one of my favorite ways to earn points (called SB) for free gift cards at Swagbucks.  Most days it is how I earn the most SB as some of the nCraves automatically advance to the next page and I have these running nearby while I do other work.

The idea behind nCrave (short for Entertainment Crave) is to introduce Swagbucks members to various websites and content.  There is a countdown clock for anywhere from 10 to 60 seconds for each page and any number of pages from two to dozens.  SB earned vary from one to ten or more for each series.  Different times of the year the same nCrave can be worth few or many SB, they can even vary within one day, but usually just by one or two.

How to nCrave on Swagbucks

• nCrave offers are not always available, you need to check back throughout the day.
• Click on the "watch" link on the left hand side of the Swagbucks homepage.
• Click on the "nCrave" link on the left hand side.
• If they are available you will see several images with descriptions and how many SB you can earn from each.

• You can choose any, click on it and it will open in another window with instructions.  Many you need to click thru slide shows or click a like or not for me button after the clock ticks down to get the next one to come up.
• My favorite are the auto-play.  Look for the little circle with the arrow in it (see the image above--the left hand one).
• Two things you may need to do to make them auto-play.
• Sometimes there is a button to click to "begin exploring."
• Secondly, be sure each one has the green discovery mode check mark (see below).  If it is grey you must click it to get it started.  After the clock counts down it will automatically take it to the next page.
• Some of them require the mouse to stay on the page to work, so check for that.
• EDITING TO ADD 4/29/2017:  There are currently some autoplay ones called "Discovery."  These are actually nGage.  When you choose one of these the new window will have a green button " Start Earning" to click.  This brings up a new window on top.  You need to move this window down so you can see the original page.  Then you need to click the grey X so it becomes a green check mark.  This will set it in autoplay.  These you do not need to keep the mouse on.  They also seem to go quicker than the others.

• When the auto-play is completed you will see a keep craving sign.  You can click on that, but you never know if another auto-play will appear or one you need to click.  So I recommend closing that window and opening another auto-play of your choice.

Tips for Getting nCrave to Re-appear

I have read on forums a few tricks people use to get nCraves to show up on their Swagbucks Watch page.  I have tried some of them and sometimes it works and sometimes not, but they may be worth a try.

1. Clear cookies and cache
2. Do the daily crave (on the list on the left of the homepage).
3. Do some of the "Engage" titled offers on the watch page.
4. Close the window and re-open Swagbucks in a new tab.
5. And if there are nCraves but no auto-play offered do a couple of the click thru ones and the auto-play ones may appear.

I just learned about nCrave a couple of months ago and it has helped me earn a lot more free gift cards from Swagbucks.  I hope this tutorial helps you earn more, too.
