I just ran out to Dollar General to take advantage of some coupons I'd just printed. It was such a good deal I was afraid they'd run out! If my SavingStar (if you are unfamiliar with Saving Star, you can see here for more info from one of my other blogs) rebate comes through as expected, I'll only have spent tax! Here's what I did:

Bought 2 (two) Six packs of Dial on sale for $2 x 2 =$4
Used 1 (one)
Redeemed:
Total for items $7 +tax
Coupons Used: $5
Submitted to SavingStar: $2
The soap will be packed in some Operation Christmas Child shoe box gifts next Christmas. We shop all year long to help us be able to pack dozens of boxes for kids in need.
